Mason has devised over 50 original performance pieces as an independent artist and as a founding co-director of the award-winning Philadelphia-based theatre company, Lightning Rod Special.
He has over 15 years of teaching experience with students of all ages, including time spent on faculty at New York University, a teaching assistantship at University of Texas at Austin, and a Post-MFA in Applied Performance with Virginia Tech, in addition to many guest classes across the Greater Philadelphia Region and beyond. He is currently on faculty at University of the Arts.
